Hey! We're the folks behind the scenes.

We started BYA to solve two problems we’ve faced ourselves:

1. As job seekers, figure out which companies to apply to.
2. As hiring managers, hire people who want to work with us as much as we want to work with them.

Thousands of job seekers, and over 70 tech companies, now use BYA to solve these problems.
